Our story is deeply rooted in the local community. Kendall Bryant, born and raised right here in Snowflake, returned home after 12 years away following high school. With a passion for BBQ and a desire to give back to the community that shaped him, Kendall saw an opportunity to share his culinary talents. What started as a small BBQ shop has grown into the beloved Snowflake Smokehouse Butcher Shop, thanks to the support and enthusiasm of our neighbors.

We were fortunate to add local butcher Lonnie Lopez to our team, whose expertise and dedication have been instrumental in our growth. Together, we have worked tirelessly to expand our offerings and elevate the quality of our products. Our commitment to excellence and our $100.00 Monthly Specials have garnered a loyal following, making us a staple in the lives of many Snowflake residents.
